Reaching the 100% milestone does not trigger a final grand prize aside from the permanent benefits unlocked throughout the playthrough:
- Safehouse spawns for weapons, armor, health, adrenaline and six police bribes.
- Infinite sprint.
- Vehicle spawns at the three Import/Export garages.
- Borgnine Taxi.
- 100% completion trophy/achievement (exclusive to the Definitive Edition).
The game calculates completion using 154 total objective points, meaning each completed task adds roughly 0.65% to your overall progress.
